The official card list shows two parallel entries (_p1 and _p2, same rarity) besides the base card. TCGplayer names them Alternate Art and Parallel; PSA's population report has Alternate Art and Special Alternate Art. PSA-labelled slab photos on eBay for #080 and #083 show SPECIAL ALTERNATE ART on the TCGplayer Parallel art, so we link Parallel = Special Alternate Art and Alternate Art = Alternate Art for all five Five Elders cards OFFGRTCG[EBAY].
Leaders of the recent Limitless TCG decklists that include this card: Imu OP13-079 (194). Counts are the number of listed decklists, as shown on the card's Limitless page.

Our database lists 3 English printings of OP13-091 St. Marcus Mars: 2 Parallel (AA), 1 Normal. Each one is a separate collectible (and a separate PSA spec when graded).
The Alternate Art (parallel) uses different artwork with a foil finish and keeps the same card number. On a PSA slab the variety line says ALTERNATE ART; the base card has no variety.
Limitless TCG credits Yosuke Adachi for the base printing. Parallel artworks can have different illustrators.
