Terms of Use

These terms apply to the OPChase website (opchase.gg), including the checked eBay listings, the Card Database, character pages and guides. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Data accuracy

OPChase is an independent reference built from public data: eBay listings, card catalogs, tournament data and PSA label names. We check this data and correct errors when we find them, but it can be incomplete, delayed or wrong. Prices and bids shown on listings are the eBay sellers' own prices and current eBay bids at the time of the last refresh; OPChase does not estimate, appraise or suggest prices. Reference prices are not copied: we link to PriceCharting, where its own terms apply. Listing sections show when they were last refreshed.

Not financial advice

Nothing on OPChase is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or keep any card. Collectible prices can fall as well as rise. Make your own decisions and, where it matters, ask a qualified professional.

Affiliate links

OPChase is a member of the eBay Partner Network. Links to eBay carry an affiliate tracking ID. OPChase may earn a commission from qualifying eBay purchases through links on this site. This does not change which listings we show or their order. See Privacy for what the tracking ID contains.

Third-party listings

Listings shown on OPChase belong to independent eBay sellers. We do not sell cards, hold stock, or handle payment or shipping. We check listing titles and eBay item details for the card number, version, language and grade, but we do not authenticate cards or slabs, verify PSA certificates, or vouch for sellers. We make no warranty about any listing, including its description, condition, authenticity, price or availability. Any transaction is between you and the seller on eBay and is governed by eBay's terms and policies. Always read the full listing on eBay before you act on it.

Reports and submissions

You can report wrong data or a problem through the "Report a problem" links or GitHub issues. GitHub issues are public, so do not include personal or sensitive information. By sending a report or suggestion you allow us to use it to improve the site without payment or obligation. We may edit, decline or remove any report. You are responsible for what you submit; do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringes someone else's rights or exposes another person's personal data.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. OPChase and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, its data, linked sites or third-party listings, including trading losses, lost profits or decisions made using the site. Some places do not allow certain limitations; in that case the limitations apply only as far as the law permits.

Trademarks and content

OPChase is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Bandai, Shueisha, Toei Animation, PSA, PriceCharting, TCGplayer or Limitless TCG. OPChase is not affiliated with or endorsed by eBay. We are an eBay Partner Network affiliate and may earn a commission when you buy through our links. ONE PIECE and the ONE PIECE CARD GAME are trademarks of their respective owners, and all other trademarks belong to their owners. Card names, numbers and short text are quoted for identification and reference only. OPChase hosts no official card artwork; listing photos are shown from eBay with credit to the seller and a link to the listing. The OPChase name, checking rules, text and layout are ours; you may quote small parts with a link back.

Listing alerts

Free email alerts for new checked listings are coming soon. When they launch they will be a free, best-effort service: an alert can be late, missed or sent in error, and a listing can end or change before you see it. An alert is information about an eBay listing, not a recommendation to buy. You will be able to cancel any alert from the link in its emails. We may change, pause or end alerts at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms or change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
