Where our sources disagree or can't settle a detail, we say so instead of guessing.
The official card list shows three OP-17 entries for this Luffy leader (base, _p1, _p2). TCGplayer calls the two parallels Alternate Art and Super Leader Alternate Art. PSA-labelled slabs on eBay reading MANGA ALTERNATE ART show the gold/red manga-background Super Leader art, so PSA's Manga Alternate Art (the large pop) is the Super Leader version OFFGRTCG[EBAY].
The plain Alternate Art is probably PSA's ALTERNATE ART spec by elimination, but no slab photo confirms it, so its PSA pop stays unassigned GRTCG.

Our database lists 3 English printings of OP17-079 Monkey.D.Luffy: 2 Parallel (AA), 1 Normal. Each one is a separate collectible (and a separate PSA spec when graded).
The Alternate Art (parallel) uses different artwork with a foil finish and keeps the same card number. On a PSA slab the variety line says ALTERNATE ART; the base card has no variety.
Limitless TCG credits Bahi JD for the base printing. Parallel artworks can have different illustrators.
